While the youth community should be bubbling with enthusiasm, why do we find such dearth of enthusiasm among the young?
The modern management always emphasizes on ever green and ever youth to prove the dynamism of the organization as it is the young who is supposed to erupt in jubilation even in trifles.
Unfortunately the black wrinkles are observed around the eyes of most of the young generation instead of a spontaneous exuberance which can really drill out any problems over the fence. If we want to delve into the problem, perhaps it is a socio-economic problem which has been able to spell its cast even on the youth. Even when you are just stepping into your teens, you have to digest the negatives like unemployment and you start feeling life is useless unless you achieve a position in the glittering corporate office at California.
High ambition is always good, but the desperation can lead to a catastrophe and the cases of suicide and schizophrenia have increased phenomenally as most of them fail to succumb the pressure.
It is the fault of the guardian, who fail to convey the difference the sprawling of spider man through the plane wall and the reality. The sparkling air fly easily influences the young minds and they start possessing the dream since the childhood days, where anything less than an air journey induces jitters inside them and the effect is really disastrous. A dancing girl under the shower lures the child of 16 years, but it is the irony that the society never allows a proper sex education in the young age.
This is a problem, which can never be solved overnight. Perhaps the people belong to the same school of thought should club together to find a solution.
It is the responsible of the seniors to guide a kid to clinch to win in this tough world and again its absolutely stupidity to teach the inmate to keep on accepting things which are much below his caliber.
A compromise in any ethical platform really leads to formidable devastation.
